Returns, Exchange and Refund

We are happy to offer a 3-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached, from the date of delivery. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.

* UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST FOR RETURN.


To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please be sure that all items that needs to be returned, are unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return.
3. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
4. Place return request by sending email to contact@cklakart.com attaching images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up. Please mention the following details in the email: order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return, attach receipt and unboxing Video.
5. Your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 3-5 business days.

Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility.

The shipping charges for Returns will be borne by CKLAKART only under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong product was dispatched.
2. Product damaged during transit.
3. Product delivery did not occur.
4. Different variant of product dispatched from the warehouse.


Please note that, the shipping charges for returns for any reason other than the above mentioned will be charged at INR 150 to the customer.
The refund will be issued after deducting INR 150 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.


No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Products returned after 3 days post delivery date
2. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

*CKLAKART is not responsible for damage of goods during transit when the customer ships it back themselves.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund reflects in your statement
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@cklakart.com.

Exchange:
We do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations :
To cancel an order, please send us an email at contact@cklakart.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
